1996 Fleetwood Prowler travel trailer; 37 long, 8 wide. Trailer has one slide-out that is 14 long that adds an extra 3.5 width to the kitchen/living area. Two bedrooms, one queen and one full-size. Comes with brand new awning, outdoor deck, outside storage cabinet, and a dorm-room size refrigerator to put out on the deck. Inside is VERY NICE. No one ever smoked in this trailer. Trailer has been well taken care of.

Trailer is currently located at Red Gates Campground, Sugarloaf Road in Hendersonville, North Carolina. You incur any and all costs for moving the trailer to your location. My sister and I are selling this trailer on behalf of our father, William M. Duke, who is the owner and lives in Florida. I live in Atlanta, and my sister Lisa Whitfield lives in Hendersonville, NC and will show the trailer to you if you call and set up a mutually convenient time. Red Gates Campground, where the trailer is currently located, is an ideal spot for a retired couple to spend summer vacation. Rates are low and its a great location in the Western North Carolina mountains if you want to leave the trailer there. Red Gates charges around $1000 for the entire season (April “ October 31) plus $35/month electricity. Red Gates offers fishing and swimming, too.
