Jayco Kiwi 23B only used a few times.Has the standard features (furnace, AC, water heater, AM/FM/CD stereo, outside shower) and a nice screen porch with floor mat to go with the 14' awning.We've put the five children to sleep inside with the AC, then enjoyed the evening breezes from our screened enclosure.It's a nice setup, and the screen room includes privacy panels that roll down, providing more sleeping space if necessary.Load leveling hitch and hardware included (2" receiver required).
