According to an article appearing in BlastMagazine.com some of the best ways to improve the “greeness” and efficiency of an RV are in the design. By reducing the weight of an RV as well as the size, you will ultimately use less fuel thus helping to protect the environment.
Damon Motor Coach has developed a new RV line that incorporates the use of lighter materials paired with a new efficient design. Their Avanti line of Class A RVs get 14.5 miles per gallon, making them double the fuel effeciency of others in their class.
Owning an RV doesn’t mean that you can’t be environmentally friendly. There are always things you can do to help protect the environment while hitting the open road.
